After my recent maternity post I had to come back and share this little guy who happens to be “the nephew” of my client in the last post. Of course, this litle guys mom was also in front of my camera a couple of months ago, beautiful family. Truly blessed…

Another wonderful mom & dad to be…I was delighted to learn that she was the sister of another client that I also did some maternity work with. Two beautiful woman, and this session was just as fun as the first. Even cooler, right after this session, I went on to do the nephews newborn pics…Thanks for the great laughs, you guys rock!!!

Yes, I am still here and keeping very busy, sadly my blog is left to suffer all alone. So what better way to update my blog than with a cutie pie of a little boy that reminded me that my job is a dream job. Always fun and always the unexpected, me love me some toddlers, especially when they make my job very easy. Actually I think toddlers and babies for that matter are just great to photograph, they just do what they do best, which allows me to do what I do best , take pictures…

Yes, it is always about the babies and the kids, but every now and again it is time to treat “mom” (and dad).

I was told I had my work cut out as I waited to meet this handsome little guy, well I am always up for a challenge. Hmmm, something tells me he is a charmer because all he kept giving me is the sweetest smiles and perfect shots…I truly had a wonderful time shooting this session….worth every minute.
I have so many favs from this session, but this next one is a big big favorite, I am sure this little guy’s family will know exactly why.

It waswonderful seeing just how much this little princess has grown, this is her 4th session with me, well during her first session she was in mommy’s belly. I was excited to see just how much she has grown. She gave me a good workout, but it was well worth it.
It has been a very trying time for me as of late as I have been fighting the bug that has been going around. Lots of appointments have been shuffled, thanks to all that have been patient with me. The sniffles are almost gone and I should be back to my regular schedule real soon.

I am almost done proofing this session, but I just had to give mom and dad a little sneak preview. I am working very hard to get caught up, but this just doesn’t seem like “work” to me; I mean look at this doll, okay, I really just enjoy baby images, lol.
I always leave it up to mom and dad on whether they want to wait for the baby’s bellybutton to fall off before the session, as for me, I say “leave the bellybutton”. I just love what the bellybutton adds to the images, what better way to show off a “newly” born baby.
This is one elated new mom, I love being able to witness the love between new moms and their babies.

As promised I am back to share a recent session, and what better than a newborn session. Believe it or not this little princess barely slept, however, she was very quiet and did not make a sound; she was very alert and aware of her surroundings. The cutest little thing.

I have quite a bit of catching up to do. The last two weeks have been a complete fog as I have had some small health issues, one being a case of the Shingles. I wanted to play it safe so I postponed appointments for the last two weeks. I am feeling and doing much better and I am now in the clear and ready to get caught up. I have several phone calls to return, I promise I will get to all of you. Emails have been much easier to reply to, so those are all caught up.
On a side note, I am still being told that several emails are not getting through to me, if you have sent me an email and have not heard back from me please email me again. Hopefully soon I can get to the bottom of what is going on with my email.

I am so lucky to work with such wonderful people, this lovely couple is a great example. I am working hard to get the final images ready, any day now. I had a difficult time choosing which images to share here, I have so many favs.
And because I had to show off this little cute pup again…she was just a doll. ♥
